Are you passionate about finance and pay attention to details when recording, processing and reconciling financial transactions?
As our new Assistant Accountant, you will work on accounting matters for our Nordic offices in Finland, Denmark and Sweden, based in Stockholm. You will provide support to the Management Accountant and Nordic finance manager in recording, processing and reconciling financial transactions and maintaining financial records for the firm.
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Handling of accounts payable and receivables.
• Assist with monthly cash-flow forecast.
• Recording financial transactions.
• Posting of accruals, prepayments and journals.
• Contribute to the preparation of material for tax and annual accounts to the auditor.
• Preparing internal budget reports for stakeholders.
• Assist with annual cost and fee income budget.
• Provide administrative support as required.
In order to be considered for this role, you will be expected to have a recognised Accounting Qualification. You are a natural talent to keep track of administrative processes and to manage day to day operational activities with the ability to plan, prioritise and respond to changing deadlines.
It is important that you are outgoing and like to work with colleagues at all levels. As a person, you are enthusiastic with a proactive and great can-do and service-minded attitude.
You are thorough and pay attention to details in your work. You like working independently and are confident in your Excel skills.
